To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Malaysian mobile phone number. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes after registration.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or Account access with any third party. 99jitu will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
Prior to approving any withdrawal request exceeding MYR 500, or at any point where the Company reasonably requires identity confirmation for compliance purposes, 99jitu may request one or more of the following documents:
Failure to complete KYC verification within 14 days of a request may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawal processing until verification is satisfactorily completed.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on 99jitu. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, the Company reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void outstanding Bonus Funds, and in cases of deliberate abuse, withhold balances pending investigation.
99jitu accepts deposits via the following payment methods supported for Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX (including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating Malaysian financial institutions), and select cryptocurrency networks including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether USDT (TRC20), and BNB. The minimum deposit amount is MYR 50 for fiat payment methods and the equivalent of MYR 30 for cryptocurrency deposits.
All deposited funds must originate from a payment account held in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 99jitu reserves the right to return deposits and request an alternative payment method where source-of-funds concerns arise.
Withdrawal requests are processed by the 99jitu finance team on a 24/7 basis. The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50. The majority of withdrawals via DuitNow and FPX are completed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. Withdrawals may take longer during periods of high volume or for amounts exceeding MYR 10,000.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the Player's own name and matching the name on the 99jitu Account. 99jitu reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where KYC verification has not been completed.
99jitu does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals via Malaysian bank transfer and e-wallet methods. Cryptocurrency network fees (gas fees, TRON network fees, etc.) are borne by the Player and are determined by the relevant blockchain network, not by 99jitu.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback credits, and promotional rewards offered by 99jitu are subject to the specific terms of each individual promotion as well as these general bonus terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account must be wagered a minimum number of times before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Standard wagering requirements are as follows:
Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing opposing bets across Accounts to hedge bonus wagering, or using Bonus Funds in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion — will result in the voiding of Bonus Funds and may result in permanent Account closure without further notice.
Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. If a Player requests a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement, any remaining Bonus Funds and winnings derived solely from those Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Real-money balances remain unaffected by this provision.
All bets placed on 99jitu are final once confirmed by the Platform. Players are responsible for verifying bet details — including selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming any wager. 99jitu will not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances where an obvious system error has occurred.
A wager may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: event cancellation or postponement beyond 48 hours, incomplete sporting events where a governing body determines no official result, data feed errors resulting in materially incorrect odds being offered, or where a bet has been placed at odds that represent a manifest error ("palpable error").
99jitu offers betting markets on a wide range of sports, including but not limited to: English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, LaLiga, Serie A, UFC, boxing, and other internationally recognised competitions. Market availability is subject to change without notice based on scheduling, data availability, and operational decisions.
All casino games, including slots and live dealer tables, use certified random number generation (RNG) systems to determine outcomes. The published return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 99jitu and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
99jitu's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
99jitu does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free of errors or viruses, or that any specific sporting or gaming outcome will occur. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
99jitu collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Personal data provided to 99jitu — including name, date of birth, contact details, and payment information — will be used solely for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes. 99jitu will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 99jitu from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
