99jitu is strictly an adult platform. Access to the Platform and use of its services is limited to individuals aged 21 years and above. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from persons under 21 years of age.
If we become aware that Personal Data has been collected from an individual under 21 without proper age verification, we will immediately suspend the associated Account, delete the personal data in question to the extent permitted by law, and refund any deposits where appropriate in accordance with our responsible gambling obligations.
